The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is a drama movie which tells the story about Benjamin Button’s life. Benjamin is a special person who grows younger instead of older. The movie is an adaptation of a short stories with the same title. It gives a great lesson about optimism and life values, and the actor performances in the movie are great.

The story begins with a flashback from Benjamin Button’s diary. Benjamin was born old and her mother died giving birth of him. These things made his father abhorred him and left him in front of a nursing house. From there on, Benjamin live his life as a special person. He grows younger instead of older. He learned a lot about life and stay optimist throughout the whole journey.

The great story is also complemented by the good actor performances. Brad Pitt played Benjamin Button well. Benjamin’s personality grows more mature as he grows younger. Brad Pitt did well portraying the change in both physical appearance and maturity of personality. But it’s not only limited to the main character, the other characters are great too. Captain Mike, Elizabeth, and Cindy, they all left a great impression.

Considering all aspects, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is a worthy movie to be watched. The movie teach a lot of life values, such as optimism, how to deal with death, loving someone, and the courage to start over life when it fails. The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is one fine piece of entertainment.
